About Me

Casey and her family came to Connecticut 2 years ago from Colorado. After a lifetime of being around residential and commercial construction and real estate (her father custom home builder who she worked for many summers and holidays) as well as being a hair stylist and salon owner for 20 plus years. She found her wat to Connecticut and a new career in real estate business. Starting off in residential real estate, she quickly learned her passion and drive was for commercial/industrial real estate. She made the move to Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D'Ostilio and The Ballou Team.
 
Casey and The Ballou Team are driving forces in commercial real estate in the state of Connecticut. With many years of combined experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.
 
Casey is married and has two sons. She loves being outdoors with her 3 dogs. Casey moved to the Madison area and quickly became familiar with the CT shoreline and beyond. Casey has a very good understanding of the area and the current market. She strives to bring her knowledge and connection to every interaction.
